The Girouet is a house that accommodates up to 8 people, the entire ground floor is suitable for people with reduced mobility with a large master suite and 3 bedrooms upstairs.

The cottage is cozy and decorated with a Scandinavian touch. You will feel at the fireplace as at home.

We offer weekly rentals or short stays (minimum 2 nights)

Availability of the Touline (7 people), Girouet (8 people) or the property as a whole (15 people)
Weekly rentals are usually from Saturday 15:00 to Saturday 10:00.

Wood for the stove during the winter, electricity, water and gas are included.

For weekly rentals bed linen is included and beds are made on arrival. For rentals Weekend or mid-week you bring your sheets or possibility to rent 8 € per bed.

The bathroom linen is available for 7 euros per person.

We offer a cleaning option of 60 euros per house or 120 euros for the entire property.

We have all the necessary baby equipment (on request).

At your disposal are many board games, DVDs, a net and badminton rackets, a game of molky, etc.

A brazier is also at your disposal for your evenings around the fire outside.

Babysitting, guided tours, walks on the Loire: we offer many services with the association of our local partners.
